Your appointments are very important to Langan Dental - they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed at least 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks/months ago.

As a courtesy, we will call or text you to confirm your appointment prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the   

$75 cancellation fee.

ANY GROUP APPOINTMENT (FAMILY APPOINTMENTS ETC...) THAT FAIL TO CANCEL WITHIN THEREQUIRED 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL NOT BE RE BOOKED

AS A GROUP APPOINTMENT AGAIN.

NOTICE - AFTER YOUR 3RD MISS, YOU WILL BE DISMISSED FROM THE PRACTICE.
